Avocado Poblano Salad 
With Creamy Cilantro Dressing

(with pecans!)

This salad is so tasty. I would have never thought to add poblano chiles to a salad. This salad is definitely a whole meal and is very filling. A new favorite!

Ingredients

  • poblano chilies
  • shrimp
  • cilantro
  • yogurt
  • lemon
  • olive oil
  • garlic salt
  • onion powder
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • baby spinach
  • sprouts (I used alfalfa)
  • avocados
  • radishes
  • peanuts (I used pecans instead)
